Drug Charges

Police: Local Teacher Arrested On Drug Charges

A seventh-grade teacher was arrested over the weekend in Dearborn.

Police said Karry Bazzi, a teacher at Lowrey Elementary School in Dearborn, has been charged with felony posession of narcotics.

Detectives said they found ectasy, marijuana and methamphetamine on her.

She was released from jail on a $500 cash bond.

I AM A FRIEND OF KARRY, AND I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT SHE LOVES ALL OF HER STUDENTS, PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO ALL THESE "DEARBORN" RUMORS. NOBODY IS PERFECT, SHE WAS AT THE WRONG PLACE @ THE WRONG TIME :( !!

Please people, grow up. It is obvious the above anonymous comments are not written by seventh grade students. Get a life and do something constructive then to fabricate lies in the comments above. And by the way Ms. Bazzi was not fired and ALL charges were dismissed against her, and hummm..how ironic is it that the officer who made the arrest just got fired! I smell a rat....justice has prevailed.
