A Raleigh area math teacher allegedly was unaware that < 18 = jailbait. Scott Libert Hovey, 26 years old, was charged with internet solicitation of a child for sexual activity. Hovey was caught by detectives in an ongoing dragnet for online perverts. Ugh.Details here.
