Ex-Coach Says No Deal To Sex ChargesJared P Bromley, 26, of Hartford, formerly a fifth grade teacher and varsity basketball coach at Fort Ann Central School, has been charged with second degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors, for allegedly allowing two 13-year-old boys to fondle themselves in front of him in various instances since December 2005. There were no allegations that he had had any sexual contact with them.
