Well, I know her too but I can't say this all surprises me really. Based on my experience with her I have a feeling these fifteen drug charges are only the tip of the iceberg in terms of her wrong doings. It really is such a shame!! "Go Bad" is a sad understatement. She has been going steadily downhill for quite a few years now. I am just glad that the truth is finally coming out. This deplorable and hypocritical behavior should never be tolerated within our educational system. I certainly do not believe she should ever be allowed to teach children again!!

You have to wonder how many of those illegal prescriptions were paid for by the group health insurance policy afforded her through her state teaching job. That's a whole different kind of fraud...insurance fraud! Also, do you think she paid income tax on her drug profits?

Just imagine how the parents of those little students of hers must be feeling right now. I'm sure they are furious to think that they have been trusting the future and safety of their babies to the hands of a drug dealer and probably even an addict. That is beyond scary! It's enough to make you seriously consider home schooling.

Yeah, I know this teacher's 16 yr. old stepson and he has been struggling with an addiction to painkillers, bad grades at school, and has been in alot of trouble with the law ever since she and her husband got custody of him a couple of years ago. I know for a fact that he was an honor student with a fine reputation and a drug free life during the 14 years he lived with his biological mother. What kind of court system would allow people like this to take a child from his mother and destroy his life? A blind one, thats what! Not only should she not be teaching children but she certainly should not be raising any either! Luckily, I hear that the Dept. of Childrens Services is now investigating. It's about time! Too bad it took these arrests to make the state finally take notice of the real reasons behind this child's recent downfall.

Wow! That's terrible. Let's just hope it isn't too late to repair the damage done to the stepson and any of her little charges that may have been harmed by her careless stupidity.

What was she thinking????? A teacher since 1989. That's like 18 years!!!! If (or should I say when?)convicted she will probably lose her retirement, and everything that goes with it not to mention the respect of her whole community. That's what I call a wasted life. What a serious nut case!!!!!!

For heavens sake, send the stepson back to his REAL mother and PERMANENTLY suspend this lady from working around kids before it's too late and something even more tragic takes place!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is this world coming to?????????????

"Go bad" "Went bad"...probably always was bad! Get this lady out of the school system permanently. We do not need drugies out there teaching 5 yr. old kids anything!

The latest good news is that at last, as of late June, the State of Tennessee Dept. of Children's Services took custody of the stepson away from her and her husband. He is now in foster care, receiving drug and alcohol counceling, and awaiting return to his mother. It Looks like he is finally receiving the attention and care he has needed so badly for way too long. The bad news is That she's right back teaching school this year thanks to some clever legal maneuvering by an attorney who I understand is also a pill addict and former client of the Alchalah's pill selling operation. Wonder how long it will be before she runs into trouble again? Wonder how much proof the school board needs to get rid of her? Time will tell. Best of luck to the poor little kid's she spends her days with now and their parents! What a messed up system we have! What a shame!
