Federal agents have arrested a 5th grade teacher at a Phoenix area charter school for child pornography. Reports say Victor Scott McPeak, Jr., a teacher at Arizona Charter Academy, has had an active interest in this for about five years. McPeak has a 12 year old daughter. Ugh.
