A Phoenix teacher who was well like and trusted has been snared in a federal kiddie porn investigation. A minister's son, former minister, and widower, Victor Scott McPeak had taught for 5 1/2 years. McPeak was a graduate of Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, whose graduates include his father, and 3 other child sex offenders. Details here.
